First we smoke our chicken wings for over three hours to get that perfect Patina smokehouse flavour.
Then we douse them in some increasing Scoville unit hot sauces officially from the Hot Ones Podcast.
You’ve seen the celebrities try to get through the ten levels of heat. Now it’s your turn.
Tickets are $25/person and includes 10 smoking hot chicken wings and your first beverage.
