TEXAS BRISKET 6oz
Brisket simply seasoned with salt, coarse pepper and herbs, smoked for fourteen hours in true Texas post oak. It’s a labour of love.
PULLED PORK 6oz
Seasoned with our signature Patina pork rub and smoked for a minimum of ten hours for tenderness and smoky flavour. No autographs please.
BEER BRAISED & SMOKED SAUSAGE 2pc
A pair of locally made pork sausages, beer braised and smoked for three hours. Enough said.
SMOKED BRUSSELS SPROUTS 8oz
Delicately smoked for two hours and deep fried until crispy, topped with your choice of Alabama white or sweet chili sauce. Superfood, now super tasty!
PORK RIBS (full rack)
Over a pound of pork ribs, seasoned, smoked smoked in-house for over four hours, and charbroiled. It’s worth every step.

SMOKED BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD
Tender chunks of smoked butternut squash, tossed with hearty baby greens, roasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and feta cheese finished with our apple cider and dijon vinaigrette.
SMOKEHOUSE CHICKEN & WAFFLES
Two pieces of our smoked in-house chicken legs & two Belgian waffles. Served with a drizzle of house hot sauce and syrup.
PULLED PORK TACOS
Three corn tortillas filled with pulled pork and coleslaw. Topped with your choice of BBQ sauce. Served cold.
Kale & romaine mix are topped with vegetables, pickled veg, pulled pork, cheese, egg, and Alabama sauce. Toppings are subject to change.
CREAMY MAC N’ CHEESE
Our irresistible creamy mac n’ cheese with house made sauce. Add pulled pork (2oz) for $4 or brisket (2oz) for $5

ALABAMA WHITE BBQ SAUCE
A tasty sauce specific to Alabama. This is not a traditional ketchup-based barbecue sauce. It is a balanced white sauce that pairs well with our chicken legs and wings.
MEMPHIS BBQ SAUCE
Our Memphis style sauce is for the barbecue lovers that prefer their sauce a little on the sweeter side (aw, shucks!). It has a delicate balance of acidity and sweetness and pairs well with our pork ribs and pulled pork.
HAZY HOT SAUCE
We start with our Juicy IPA, then load it with citrus notes as well a nice kick of heat from the habanero and jalapeño peppers. This is a great addition to any dish to amp up the spice factor.
